Opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join and support a brand-new team as we embark with an exciting new make-up/fragrance concept at Cairns Airport.
This is a fast paced, varied, and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.
We’re looking for an experienced leader who will:
Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills
Provide a high standard of customer service
Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
Support in the administration of rosters and timecards
Be a true brand ambassador & foster a collaborative team environment; encourage a high-performance culture
Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising
We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer-centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering a highly satisfying world class customer experience. Experience in apparel or travel retail will be highly regarded, but not essential.
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
