Store Manager And Assistant Manager

This is a powerhouse apparel retailer looking for a brand new management team! Store Manager and Assistant Manager for a high performing location in Warringah Mall. This brand started out as a small family owned business and has experienced growth they could never have imagined. Over 30 years they have diversified their portfolio into a mixture of freestanding stores and concessions and now have over 80 sites across Australia. Additionally, they sit within a large retail group with an exciting stable of 15 other fashion, footwear and accessory labels! Store Manager: $63-70k + super

• You will need 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving store sales targets and KPI’s
• High levels of organisation so your team can function at their best
• Experience coaching, training and leading a team 
• Rostering, Stock control, Reporting

Assistant Manager: $57-60k + super

• You might be an experienced Assistant Manager or a tenured, well-rounded sales assistant from a fast paced background ready to step up
• You will need to be highly organised and motivated as you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to drive sales in a high volume environment
• Proven track record of achieving store sales targets and KPI’s and keen to learn
• You’ll be hardworking and ready to take on a challenge 

We hire Managers who can bring the energy and are keen to learn and support your team. These roles are all about having a love of one on one customer service bundling relationships in the local northern beaches community. To do this you will need to be a great communicator with a high level of organisation. Applicants with a retail background are highly desirable but other fields including hospitality will be considered.
