- Motivate your team achieve their monthly targets and KPIs
- Deliver our customers an outstanding experience
- Inspire, coach, and develop all team members
- Conduct weekly meeting to develop team and encourage performance
- Work closely with Area Managers on training and recruitment for your store
- You will have full accountability of your stores P&L results
- Ensure your store maintains visual merchandising standards
- Retail store management experience
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Trustworthy and honest personality
- You can think strategically, and identify missed opportunities
- Highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising
- Experience with managing rosters and general administration
