R I C A R D A – Experienced Retail Store Manager – Luxury Fashion
RICARDA is a leading Australian retailer offering Luxury Fashion and design products from national and international designers.
We are looking for a career driven Experienced Retail Store Manager to drive our business in an exciting phase of growth with Perth’s unique mix of high-end Luxury Fashion and design destination.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Drive sales through uniquely tailored and personalised customer service.
- Assist in the implementation and management of all aspects of store performance (sales, targets and other KPI’s).
- Build from existing store policies and procedures to ensure greater efficiency and organisation. Always be on the search to improve and innovate.
- Provide strong leadership to establish and maintain a positive retail culture & environment that encourages training, development, teamwork, motivation and recognition.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff overall performance and motivation.
- Staff inductions and orientation.
- Supervising the day to day activities of all staff.
- Conduct regular product and customer service training to ensure sales teams are constantly equipped with up to date knowledge.
- Manage staff rosters, customer orders, stock takes and laybys.
- Exceptional merchandising presentation standards with an ‘eye for detail’ and ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in the store.
- Manage customer orders (both phone and online)
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- General administration of the store’s amenities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a successful track record in managing fashion or luxury stores.
- Have a genuine interest in the art of styling and providing a customer with exceptional service experience.
- Have experience in developing sales strategies that have resulted in sales & revenue growth.
- Have a positive and inspiring style of management and mentoring.
- Have experience in recruitment, training and succession planning of team members.
- Be an excellent communicator who can build rapport & relationships.
- Be highly motivated, results driven & an inspirational leader who leads by example.
- Have exceptional listening skills, be interested in people and attuned to their needs.
- Be confident to sell products requiring specialist knowledge.
- Have a passionate interest in fashion, art, design and innovation.
- Highly driven to make a positive difference. Have a can do attitude.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and have general computer knowledge.
- Have a current WA driver’s licence.
