An exciting opportunity to work in the gorgeous Melbourne Emporium location with a well known Australian Fashion Retailer. Join the esteemed boutique located in Melbourne's vibrant CBD. We're in search of a fashion forward leader who prioritises exceptional customer service, values teamwork and fosters growth through effective training and coaching.
About the role:
- Maintain a consistently immaculate store, team, and product presentation that effectively speaks to the brand.
- Lead and support the existing store team in delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects our brand values.
- Implement and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures, including seasonal stocktakes and effective management of store inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience that fosters brand loyalty and engagement.
You will ideally have:
- At least 3 years Fashion Management experience preferred but not neccessary.
- A good concept of current fashion trends to help style customers individual needs.
- The ability to set the standard for customer service and sales through the development of store-level initiatives.
- A proven track record of fostering good culture and KPI standards within a team.
- Motivate and empower the team to achieve their full potential through personalised development plans, regular training sessions, and performance assessments.
