Store Manager - Footwear

Woods & Co has partnered with an iconic Australian women's footwear brand who know quality footwear that stand the test of time. The success of the business has been built on the core fundamentals of fashion, leather and quality. 
Their goods are of the highest quality, and so too are their employees. As such, they require a hands-on, vibrant and passionate Store Manager to be a part of their Flagship Chadstone store. 

The successful candidate will have demonstrated retail experience, ambition to succeed, join a growing organisation, have outstanding customer service skills & the ability to keep a lively and positive team culture!

What do you do:

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• An experienced ‘hands on’ leader who can provide great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team.
• Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's
• Ensure operational excellence 
• General store maintenance & adhoc duties
• Strong communication skills together with demonstrated people and relationship management skills

What do you need:

• Prior retail management experience (footwear experience desired)
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
• Ambitious and a desire for career progression within the business
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Has the ability to create a positive team environment and lead from the front
• The ability to achieve amazing results
