Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
• Set and achieve sales targets, motivate the team, and optimize revenue.
• Deliver exemplary service, resolve customer issues, and maintain brand integrity.
• Design and implement compelling displays that highlight our luxury products.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team.
