What you'll do
- Provide leadership to the squads who make up the program team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
- Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes.
- Optimise resource allocation and monitor team capacity for efficiency and productivity.
- Strong leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Effective storytelling skills to align program objectives with business goals.
- Strategic thinking and planning to create detailed program plans and manage resources efficiently.
