ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team between 10-15 team members
- Train and coach team members to deliver a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive sales and achieve KPI’s
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Leading by example and creating a fun and positive work environment
