Our client is a premium retailer, Australian owned and family run, committed to providing timeless style, high quality, and genuine value. They are looking for an experienced, successful, and highly motivated Store Manager to lead their flagship Hawthorn boutique.
About you

• A high energy, highly motivated individual that can demonstrate understanding and patience with a range of customer types and connect with a growing market
• Tenured Retail management experience within the fashion industry, with menswear experience favourable
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a team of diverse ages and backgrounds with both empathy and assertiveness
• Looking for a long term position within a supportive, structured business to develop and grow

The Role

• Motivate, inspire, and empower your team of 8 to drive sales whilst ensuring day to day operations are functioning at maximum efficiency
• Monitor team performance and KPI’s and implement change
• Build strong client relationships through top-tier service and styling
• Prioritise effectively between clients, staff, and operations
