As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment, and helping them reach their full potential through training and development.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere in a fast paced environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee a high volume of stock, with strategic inventory control to maximise sales and minimise stock losses.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and organised store layout that is consistent with the brand's image.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated track record in retail management.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the skill to motivate and foster team growth.
- Outstanding abilities in providing personable customer service and effective communication.
- Proficiency in overseeing inventory management and stock control in a high volume, fast paced retail environment.
