SalaryOur Client has 140 Stores across Australia and New Zealand and they are the one stop shop for women's clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, shape and sports wear. They are a global leader in womens fashion and are seeking a strong leader to manage their Myer Concession in Karrinyup.
As a Concession Manager you will be required to meet and exceed sales budgets, meet company KPI's and train and motivate your amazing sales team. Within this role you will be the face of the store as your clientèle come in for your service and must have the ability to build a strong rapport with your customers.
Should you be successful for this role, you will receive:
- Base salary of up to $61,000 + Super
- Company support with opportunity for growth

- Tuesday - Saturday Roster

To be successful for this Women's Fashion Brand you possess the following:
- Have 2 - 3 years of fashion Management experience
- Be able to deliver a personalised styling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Networking and hosting events is desirable
- A previous background in Concession management is desirable
- Have high energy with a bubbly personality
- Have previously worked with Budgets and KPIs
- Experience managing a team of up to six
