About the role
Reporting to our Area Manager, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to join us at our Glen Waverley Store located on Springvale Road. (parking available)
Some of your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Management of stock and visual merchandising of the store.
- Have had exposure with managing budgets and generating efficient rosters.
- Drive a culture of high performers to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Exceptional service and strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.

Skills and experience
- Previous management experience preferably in retail apparel.
- General knowledge of computers and a good understanding of Microsoft office.
- Experience in developing and coaching a team.
- Previous merchandising experience an advantage, but not essential
