As a Store Manager with a successful history of senior retail roles, your success in Hamilton, Victoria will be almost unsurprising as you drive sales as well as gross profit through the team empowerment and operational standards.
You will be held accountable for every aspect of the business including driving targets, overseeing training and service standards, as well as managing the stores operational and stock requirements through delegation and follow up.

The Talents needed to Succeed
- Ability to change and create a team culture
- High level people and communication skills
- Knowledge of how to create a customer experience
- Proven track record of strong sales and KPIs in a large retail environment
- Understanding of P&L, including GP management, shrinkage and wage control
- Across recruitment, HR and performance management
- Strong VM, volume stock and time management skills
- Ability to be a coach and mentor
- Drive to succeed
