SalaryFORTY WINKS DARWIN is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and passionate STORE MANAGER who can build customer-centric culture, lead and manage a diverse team, drive the business operation and performance of the store to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day operation of the store
- Merchandising & presentation of the store
- Develop and execute sales plans & initiatives
- Marketing and advertising
- Effective stock control and optimum stock levels
- Ensure accurate financial transactions
- Effective Staff Management
- Management Reporting
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
