To be successful in the role This is a position in a high paced, high turnover environment.To be considered forthis role you will ideally have; Seniorretail experience in a managementposition Provenabilityto lead by example and give the best customer service An unmistakable talent and passion toprovide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team. Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment Strength in offeringongoing comprehensivetraining, as well as driving floor sales Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment ispreferred but not essential...a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
