The Role
We have a NEW store opening in Macquarie Centre & we are searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead, inspire & motivate an experienced team within this location. The successful candidate will be customer-focused with excellent selling skills, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in food and cooking.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; managing the store team to ensure consistent developing of outstanding customer relationships
A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store team and the effective delivery of all store leadership and people management responsibilities
Ensuring the successful running of the store and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
Proactive in building CRM database

Skills Required
A minimum 2 years Management experience in premium or luxury retail with proven tenure
A passion for cooking

Excellent communication skills
Positive, energetic, with a 'can-do' attitude
