As the Store Manager for the Castle Hill location, you'll oversee team training and development, drive KPIs and targets, and promote a welcoming atmosphere through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising. What you will do:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine interactions
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Foster an inspiring and supportive environment for team members
- Execute promotional and visual merchandising strategies as directed
- Maintain operational and retail standards
- Manage employee scheduling and timekeeping
- Handle stock processing and replenishment
Who are you:
- Genuine passion for and understanding of menswear and MEN'S FASHION
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and coaching
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail
- Cultivate a team culture of trust, motivation, and accountability
- Lead by example in creating memorable customer connections
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in fashion with proficiency in visual merchandising and styling
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Full working rights within Australia
