As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading and empowering a diverse team while creating an inviting and inclusive shopping environment. Your passion for customer service, visual merchandising and your knack for driving sales will be instrumental in shaping the success of our store. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Nurture a supportive and collaborative team culture by coaching and mentoring a diverse group of retail associates. Highlight the importance of teamwork and celebrate wins big or small.
Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Develop new strategies to boost sales through driving KPI's and enhance the customer experience. Encourage your team to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service, ensuring every customer feels valued, respected and confident in store.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, to ensure shelves are always well-stocked with the latest merchandise and any stock discrepancies are at a minimum. Keep a keen eye on trends and customer preferences to optimise product offerings.
Visual Merchandising: Use your creative flair to create captivating displays that engage and inspire customers. Ensure the store layout is welcoming and reflects the brand's identity, driving interest and increasing sales.
Operational Excellence: Maintain operational efficiency by overseeing daily tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Keep the store running smoothly so your team can focus on delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, with a strong focus on building and leading inclusive teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business.
- Must have full working rights within Australia.
