- You plan and achieve budgeted sales through the efficient and effective management of your team
- Effectively manage rosters to ensure optimization of staff.

Desired Skills and experience
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience is preferred
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets with a will to succeed
- A passion for training, developing and motivating your team; 'a team player'
- Excellent decision-making and problem-resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication
