They are on the hunt for a Store Manager for their Point Cook store to drive their team to success.
ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead, motivate, and develop a fun and enthausic team!
• Train and coach team members to deliver a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive sales and achieve KPI's
• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
• Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and coaching a team
• Leading by example and creating a fun and positive work environment
