Are you a dynamic and experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of South Sydney? We are working with an Iconic Swimwear company seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead a high volume and busy store team. If you have a proven track record of inspiring and managing a senior team, achieving KPIs, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As Store Manager you will oversee a team of ten very passionate team members, you will inspire, lead and have the chance for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a senior team of stylists to achieve their best potential
• Previous management experience in the customer service industry (aviation and hospitality leaders welcome)
• Experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs
• Attention to detail, including stock management and visual merchandising
• Strong people management skills, including coaching, training, feedback, and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the customer service industry
• Ability to manage and lead a team of ten individuals
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs
• Excellent people management skills, including coaching, training, feedback, and conflict resolution
