Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase our products effectively.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement strategies to minimize loss prevention and maintain a safe working environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and personal development.
Your Skills:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in high volume or big-box retail.
- Preferably experience working in a fashion outlet environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in executing VM guides and standards to a high level
- Organised and structure individual who has an eye for detail
