We are working with an Iconic Swimwear company seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead a high volume and busy store team. If you have a proven track record of inspiring and managing a senior team, achieving KPIs, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
The Role
As Store Manager you will oversee a team of ten very passionate team members, you will inspire, lead and have the chance for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a senior team of stylists to achieve their best potential
- Previous management experience in the customer service industry (aviation and hospitality leaders welcome)
- Experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Attention to detail, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, training, feedback, and conflict resolution

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the customer service industry

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Excellent people management skills, including coaching, training, feedback, and conflict resolution
