Position Overview:
As the Part-Time Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Warrnambool boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Community Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
- Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
Brand Ambassadorship:
- Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
- Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
Customer Building:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalized service.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
