To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:
- Management / leadership experience is essential (1-2 years experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to hit KPI's (both team and/or individual), wages and sales targets
- Passion for coaching and leading small - medium sized team
- Performance management experience
- Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience with a genuine love for fashion, styling and outfitting!
- Exceptional operations and organisational skills and executing H.O directives to a high standard.
- Ability to manage high stock volume in a fast paced environment.
- Great CULTURE and supportive upper management to set you up for success!
