About the role
As a result of an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Store Manager to join and help contribute to the next exciting stage of growth and success of our Joondalup companystore, as we move location into our new flagship store fit-out. Motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing memorable customer service, you will play a central role in our team.
In this role you will lead with a strong focus on people, interacting and communicating effectively with our customers, providing them with expert advice on our products, maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and handling any challenging situations.
You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maximising growth opportunities through coaching and developing a vibrant and motivated sales team. Managing marketing strategies for the store, you will ensure promotions and merchandise ranging strategies have been implemented, stock levels are maintained, and budgets are on track.
