- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to reach their full potential and exceed performance expectations.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Tuesday to Saturday roster
