The Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations. You will lead a team of passionate sales assistants, drive sales and profitability, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to showcase the products and enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Train and develop staff to ensure product knowledge and brand awareness are consistently upheld.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
