About the Client & Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. Your strategic management and flair for fashion will ensure the store's operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and sales targets are not just met but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to excel in customer service and sales.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and rostering.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of client-first focus within the team.
• Analyse performance data to make informed decisions that positively impact the store's success.
• Build and maintain relationships with the Burnside Village community and our valued clientele.

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a management role within the high-end retail fashion industry.
• A passionate leader with a strong sense of fashion and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work 38 hours across Tues - Sat roster
• A team player who values collaboration and can inspire others.
