About the role
We are on the lookout for a committed and energetic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Store Manager capacity at Adelaide Airport.
Our Amuse store, provides our customers with a range of cosmetics, skincare and fragrances, including MAC, Jo Malone London, Tom Ford, Clinique, Benefit and more, and we are therefore looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!
To be successful, you will need:
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
- Solid and demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the store effectivity and be a true Brand Ambassador
- Solid skills in coaching and developing team members
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights
