ABOUT LUV:
At, LUV Bridal we are passionate about our vision, creative direction, and above all, providing an amazing experience for our beautiful brides. With an existing fleet of successful Australian showrooms, we are excited to onboard a new management team to welcome our LUV brides.
We are excited to be expanding and opening our newest Showroom in Brisbane CBD in May 2024. The role will commence with training and induction in our Slacks Creek Showroom commencing in March.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments. As a member of our leadership team, you will be driven to foster a positive, caring, and high performing team culture, inspiring our stylist to deliver an outstanding bridal experience while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Showroom.
- You will have exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- You will be an inspiring and effective leader with proven management skills and ability to lead a team of 10+
- You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and striving to meet KPI’s and targets
- Your will be highly organised and driven to achieve operational excellence
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide outstanding Bridal experience
- Manage showroom operations
- Team management
- Visual merchandising
- Bridal experience an advantage but not required
- Showroom Manager available to work Tuesday – Saturday
- Assistant Showroom Manager available to work Sunday - Thursday
