About the opportunity
A great opportunity has become available for a Store person to join our clients Compounding Team based in our Brunswick site.
Duties
You will be responsible for ordering and receipting orders of materials into the pharmacy via JDE (other internal systems where applicable) to meet internal and external customer requirements. Other duties may include inventory control such as periodic cycle counts, picking and assembly of materials for processing and coordinating dispatch and transport of finished goods.
Comply with mandatory GMP/GDP
Comply with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements
Maintaining inventory/stock
Purchasing lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
Ensuring lean practices followed in store areaOrganising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
Other pharmacy duties as required
Skills and Experience
Experience working within a warehouse or pharmaceutical environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication both verbal and written.
Reliable, punctual and a team player.
Process orientated with strong picking skills.
Understanding of GMP.
