An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Supervisor at our branch in Clayton, VIC.
This is a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the VIC State Logistics Manager, responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Responsible for managing a small team of drivers
- Despatching and receipting of goods
- Maintaining and dealing with customer enquiries
- Stock Management
- Stock re-fill on the shelves in the warehouse
- General warehouse duties, picking & packing, forklift driving
- Organising drivers runs
- Assist with both internal and external customer enquiries
- Perform stocktake when required
- Comply with all OHS requirements
- Admin duties
- Driving / Delivery duties as back up
The role will be required to work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Experience in warehousing in a supervisory role
- Basic computer skills - Outlook
- A current, valid driver’s license enabling you to drive within Victoria
- Valid forklift license an advantage
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues
- Good communication skills and professional presentation
- The ability to work as part of a team of professionals
- Outstanding time management skills
- Understanding of warehouse and OHS procedures
