We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Store Person (picker and packer) to join the Lincom Group at our branch in Tomago NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, motivated individual to take ownership of their work and become a valuable member of our team. The Lincom Group is looking for an individual who is willing to learn, with the long-term goal of being able to multitask between warehouse duties autonomously.
Responsibilities’ include but not limited to:
- Uphold a high level of customer service.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outwards goods.
- Book freight.
- Check off and receipt deliveries.
- Perform monthly and annual stocktakes.
- Investigate discrepancies with deliveries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- General warehouse maintenance duties.
The successful applicant will need to possess:
- Willingness to learn.
- Previous warehouse skills such as forklift use, packing goods or working in manufacturing would be an advantage.
- Current car & forklift license (high reach experience is an advantage).
- Confident computer skills.
- Motivated and process driven.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to take on new challenges, be a self-starter and work as part of a team.
