About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy and quality.
- Verify that the received goods match purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking items from the inventory based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely and ensure accurate labelling for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Provide assistance and information to internal and external customers regarding inventory, shipments, and order status.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner according to all relevant WHS procedures.
- A Certificate in Warehousing operations and/or at least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid HRW Forklift Licence, HR Licence and Overhead Crane experience essential.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and prioritise tasks efficiently.
