This position is responsible for providing warehouse and distribution services within our Penrith warehouse, ensuring excellent levels of customer service and providing timely report of key KPI data to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Your key areas of accountability will include:
Dispatch Management
- Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of product (internal and external) to customers in full and on time
- Pack product in accordance to standard procedures.
Goods inwards, Receiving
- Manage the receipt of all goods delivered onto the site
- Timely transfer of goods out of quarantine once released
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory according to good inventory control practices (FIFO)
- Ensure inventory accuracy via Cycle Counting.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- Be familiar with Warehouse procedure and policies
- A LF and LO forklift licence.
- Ability to analyse problems and situations
- Able to adapt to changing demands
- Intermediate computer skills and a working knowledge of windows based applications.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a team environment.
