Store Person
Department: Procurement/Supply
Classification: GK6 (Store Person Advanced), Health & Allied, Managers & Admin Workers EA 2021 - 2025
Hours per fortnight: 56hrs/fn total
Status: Permanent Part time
Applications are sought from applicants with experience in warehousing to work in the Supply Department at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- To assist in a timely manner the delivery of stock to ERH internal & external stakeholders
- Ensure all goods are received, stored and appropriate checks conducted
- Assist in the maintenance of the supply and inventory computer records
- Carry out barcoding imprest replenishment throughout ward areas
- Ensure creditor invoices are prepared and distributed to accounts payable with appropriate time frames to maintain credit performance
Our team requires someone who has:
- Qualifications or proven experience in Warehousing
- Strong computer skills would be preferable - Microsoft applications, Oracle Procurement systems
- Ability to manage and achieve work tasks and goals within time schedules
- Physical capacity to complete all tasks (which include, but are not limited to, unpacking, delivery)
- Ability to work in a small team environment
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
