Responsibilities:
Your key responsibility in this exciting career opportunity will be to ensure the mixing, inspection and delivery of premixed concrete is carried out in a manner which promotes quality and reliability of the product. Detailed responsibilities include:
- Driving - Pre-start checks, delivering concrete to various sites, efficient ticketing and scheduling of jobs
- Yard work - Including loading/staging stock using a front end loader, batching concrete, customer service and general housekeeping
- Reviewing orders for the day
- Use of multiple computer systems to batch concrete
- Helping to maintain safety, quality and environmental systems
- Daily Concrete sample testing
- Providing feedback to the batch plant & business regarding project / customer experience
- Operate in accordance with regulations both on and off the road
About you:
- Experience in batching and batch systems OR previous experience in a production/Manufacturing setting is desirable
- HR (Heavy Rigid) license is essential for Driver roles
- Strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
- Front end loader experience would be very beneficial
