Specific requirements of the role will include:
- Ensure all packaged and/or perishable items (such as bread, milk etc.) are checked for best/ used by dates prior to service.
- Cleaning of the premises and equipment.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is exercised at all times.
- Assisting with restock, stock rotation, loading and unloading supplies, stores and equipment.
- Assisting with stock take and inventory control for all Kitchen supplies.
- Ensuring the facility’s HACCP programme’s day-to-day compliance requirements are met.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have Forklift Licence
- Excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of Hospitality and Catering service delivery is preferred but not essential
- Driver’s License and own transport
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to use online rostering systems
