What about the role?
We have become an employer of choice with the average tenure of our staff being greater than 20 years. However a rare opportunity has arisen for a high achieving warehouse store person with bold new ideas to join our ranks as a valued team member.
The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will manage the entire warehouse function for our site in St. Kilda, Victoria.

The skills & experience you will need to succeed:
- Forklift license and solid communication skills are essential;
- Hands on in all areas of warehousing – Including: IT (EPICOR - ERP), pick, pack and despatch experience;
- Understanding of best practice warehousing including ageing analysis, cycle counting stock counts, Audit and Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT);
- Strong computer admin and invoicing skills within a small warehouse environment;
- Adept with ERP systems and semi-automated picking systems;
- Logistics, freight and shipping experience;
- Sound understanding of Warehouse Certification, Safety and OH&S principles;
- Willing to learn and understanding a little about our business.
