Lucas Drilling are a leading provider of exploration, production and directional drilling services to some of the world’s largest coal miners. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lucas is looking for an organised and hard working Store Person to assist with the day to day operations of our busy Moranbah Warehouse.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

• Maintaining records of goods delivered, ensuring appropriate documentation is recorded;
• Operating a forklift to unload pallet deliveries;
• Unloading stock, sorting and receipting delivered goods;
• Sorting and cataloguing plant and equipment;
• General Warehouse maintenance and re-organisation;
• Raising Requisitions, issuing Purchase Orders and using the Lucas ERP system;
• Complete delivery and invoice documentation for the Accounts Department;
• Maintain a positive relationship and good communications with internal stakeholders

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Hold a High Risk Work - Forklift License (LF);
• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Must have previous drilling / heavy equipment experience OR Demonstrated knowledge of drilling / heavy plant & equipment;
• Be proficient using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate an understanding of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms
• Must have a high level of organisational and communication skills
• Demonstrate a proven ability to prioritise quickly and effectively
