The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Store Person to work in our Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Honda and Nissan workshop/ warehouse.
Customers come in many forms and as a Parts Store Person you can shape the experience to ensure each customer receives a personalised experience, that surpasses their expectations. Working in the Parts & Service Division, at the heart of Australia’s largest Automotive Company, you are an integral part of the team, at the forefront of customer service.
Based at Newstead, reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work alongside our dynamic Service, Warehouse and Pre-Delivery teams, to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience to our valued customers with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.

Key Responsibilities
- Experience within dealership parts sales & interpreting environment highly regarded
- Interpreting and ordering parts requested by technicians
- Answering phone enquiries
- Attending to requests efficiently and courteously
- Supporting the Service Department with supply of parts
- Liaising with our Pre-Delivery, Service and Warehouse departments
- Handle internal business as required
- Stocktake
- Unpacking of stock orders & keeping the Parts Store tidy
- Good level of computer skills, experience with ERA (Pentana) systems not necessary, but would be highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills
