Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and manage tile inventory. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Order Fulfilment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare tiles for shipment, ensuring all orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing tiles for quality and consistency, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with their in-person and online tile selections, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage the logistics of tile delivery and returns.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licence: Must possess a current Forklift and driver Licence.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred. Knowledge of tile products is a plus.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
