WHAT WE OFFER
- Immediate start for the right candidate, with project running until 2025
- 18/10 roster working Monday to Saturday, 11.5 hr days (9hrs on Saturdays)
- $36.73 p/h + 25% casual loading on all hours worked, hourly project allowance and penalties on overtime
- Flights and accommodation provided, with up to 8hrs of paid travel
Our Industrial & Energy business has an opportunity for a casual Stores/Trades Assistant/Operatorrole for our electrical upgrade project at the RAAF Base in Katherine, NT. In this role you will organise and manage the movement, operation and stocktake of the laydown yard and coordinate distribution of materials out to site. You will also participate in lifting activities as an operator or a dogman, and assist the team with general labouring/TA duties working with civil, electrical and mechanical trades.
ABOUT YOU
- Can do attitude and willingness to complete manual labouring tasks
- Ticketed Dogman & Crane Operator, HRWL – DG & C6 at minimum
- Previous FIFO experience on civil and/or industrial projects
- Material handling experience with RIIHAN309E - Conduct telescopic materials handler operations
- Hold an Industry White Card and a current HR Drivers Licence
- Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a Police Clearance
