Position Summary: The Store Person plays a crucial role in our operations by assisting the Purchasing Manager in coordinating stock, deliveries, picking items for upcoming jobs and outgoing goods. With a focus on efficiency, the Store Person ensures that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
The candidate would need to be self-motivated and able to think for themselves.
A sound knowledge of MYOB would be beneficial as in this role you will be expected to help with stock control and bill of materials updates.
A Forklift Ticket is also crucial as you will be key to unloading Trucks and stacking in our Warehouse.
The role will be mainly autonomous in a friendly modern environment working 5 Days a week.

Tasks & Duties:
- Unloading goods.
- Receiving goods and checking against orders.
- Receipting orders in the system (Myob Exo)
- Placing goods in to relevant locations
- Inspecting for damage.
- Moving goods around a store.
- Stocking shelves and stacking heavy goods safely.
- Picking goods from shelves and recording their movements.
- Moving heavy pallets and goods using a forklift
- Manual Handling
- Picking all items for upcoming jobs
- Updating Bill of Materials
- Inventory Control
- Stock Takes
- Packing orders for dispatch
- Picking up of goods
