Purpose:
Acquire responsibly for the administration, accounts processing, maintenance and day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
In your new role, you will be working in a team environment, and demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member, in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind and advocating for the overall business objectives.
Duties:
- Attend to correspondence in relation to the assigned portfolio.
- Preparation of owner and tenant reports at the conclusion of each month.
- Tenant arrears management.
- Remittance to owners and payments to contractors.
- Attend to maintenance, including liaison with contractors for works to be undertaken.
- Database maintenance.
- Provide general interim reports to owners as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Previous, demonstrated experience in relevant field.
- Attention to detail.
- ACT Real Estate Registration
