As an EL1 Officer within Defence People Group Headquarters you will work autonomously to deliver on competing priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment. There are multiple positions available across the Headquarters including Business Management, Committee Support, Coordination, Governance.
Your role will manage the provision of support to senior executives and the broader group to maintain strategic alignment with Defence objectives. You will manage a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, where your role will be “hands on” working directly with stakeholders across Branches within your Group, the Defence Enterprise and other Government Organisations.
You will contribute to broader team outcomes through cross-functional governance activities beyond your direct day-to-day responsibilities. This will enable you to broaden your subject matter expertise across the full range of corporate governance and enterprise strategic objectives.
