Your new company
You will be working with one of Australia’s leading property service companies with more than 220,000 lots under strata management. The company plays a significant role in the local property landscape by delivering a full range of services across a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, resort, and mixed use.
Your new role
You will maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata. You will interpret legislation, assist in the enforcement of by-laws, maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and manage building compliance requirements. With the support from other departments, you will prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes from meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Strata Manager or in portfolio/account management
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
