Strategic Hr Business Partner

Temporary relief opportunity leading generalist HR activities across the employment lifecycle.

Your new company 

Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government is seeking a VPS5 Strategic HR Business Partner to provide temporary relief leading talent management, workforce planning, interpreting workforce data, coaching people leaders, policy interpretation and case management for 3 months.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline

• Demonstrated experience working across a variety of strategic generalist HR activities, including talent management, workforce planning, workforce data, policy and employment law and employee relations

• Proven track-record working within a Business Partnering model as a HR Business Partner is critical

• Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred  

• Previous experience using SuccessFactors is an advantage, however not essential
